Q: IF MONEY WAS NO OBJECT, SAY YOU WON THE LOTTERY, WHAT ANTIQUE OR COLLECTIBLE WOULD YOU BUY IMMEDIATELY?

A: A beautiful, ornate Art Deco baby grand piano for my husband. He would flip!

Q: WHAT IS THE MOST GORGEOUS ANTIQUE YOU EVER SAW, IN A PRIVATE COLLECTION, OR EVEN A MUSEUM?

A: The giant carved armoire sitting in my dining room right now. We got such a great deal on it a few years ago. I would lay on a railroad track for that thing!

Q: WHAT ANTIQUE TREND DO YOU LOVE RIGHT NOW?

A: The mix of antiques with Mid-Century and modern pieces. I never tire of the endless possibilities that mix presents in expressing a person's style and personality. It gives me chills!

Q: HAVE YOU EVER RECYCLED OR UPCYCLED AN ANTIQUE/VINTAGE ITEM?

A: Constantly. I think re-upholstering is my favorite upcycle.

Q: IS THERE A GENRE OF ANTIQUES OR COLLECTIBLES YOU WOULD LIKE TO COLLECT IN THE FUTURE?

A: Original Mid-Century art pieces. I buy for clients and customers, but someday I'll keep some for myself!

Q: WHAT IS THE MOST INTERESTING STORY YOU KNOW ABOUT ANY OF THE ANTIQUES YOU HAVE EVER HAD?

A: Most recently, I picked up a stash of player piano music rolls. Those things are fabulous! They are all dated between 1919 and 1923. I’m not sure of the story behind them, but it's for sure that they have one. They’re rich with interest. People have loved them. I even did some acoustic panels out of them for a client’s studio. He was thrilled over them!
